FIRST AMENDED FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT

I just realized that no one wantsa to read this shit, so I'll break it down for ya. My first complaint focused on the math. That it isn't right (see breach of implied warranty), by figuring grades against the norm. As it turns out, math is hard. And I really got the feeling the judge didn't want

to deal with numbers. Or variables. Or me, really. So what I changed is that the school is violating their own policy by changing the grades once the instructors submit the grades.
